Welcome to the Scosh Makeup and Skincare website, www.scoshskincare.com. By accessing or using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree with these Terms and Conditions.

Returns: No returns after 30 days. We are unable to accept opened, used merchandise or products with broken seals. Scōsh will replace damaged or defective merchandise with the same merchandise. There is a 30% restocking fee on all authorized returns and cancelled orders. Please report any problems within 2 business days of receiving merchandise. Scosh must issue a Return Authorization Number for all returns, which is to be written on the outside of the returned carton. Returns without an RA # will be refused. Customer prepays return freight. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges. COD shipments will not be accepted. A valid receipt or copy of packing slip must be accompanied by the returned shipment.

Damages: Report damaged shipments to your carrier immediately. Claim must be placed with your carrier before we can replace a damaged shipment. Return damaged merchandise in the original shipping carton.

Errors: Report errors to Scosh immediately. If Scosh made the error in shipment we will issue a call tag to pick up the order and ship the correct merchandise to you immediately.

We strive to be as accurate and error-free as possible when describing our products on the website. Please understand that makeup shades may vary upon receipt due to reasons such as ambient light or monitor quality in which color shades were viewed.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice

Forms of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Pay Pal. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Order Processing Time: Scosh requires 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

Shipping: We ship UPS ground. Please call the office for expedited shipping arrangements.

Backorders: We try to have all of our items in stock, but in the event that we are backordered on an item you will be notified and you will need to re-order at another time.

By reading these Terms and Conditions you agree not to sell or resell Scosh products on Internet resale or auction sites such as eBay, Yahoo Auctions, etc. The products and services on this website are for personal use only and not for resale.

The above terms and conditions form a part of every sale. Scosh reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, without prior notice. Scosh also reserves the right to refuse delivery, decline or discontinue selling its products if our Terms and Conditions are not met.
